3. Interface agent
Mainly used as a thickener, it can improve the tensile strength and shear strength, improve the surface coating, enhance the adhesion and bonding strength.
4. External thermal insulation mortar
Cellulose ether plays a major role in bonding and increasing strength in this material, making the mortar easier to coat, improving work efficiency, and having the ability to resist sag. The higher water retention performance can extend the working time of the mortar and improve the resistance to shrinkage and Crack resistance, improve surface quality, and increase bonding strength.
The high water retention eliminates the need to pre-soak or wet the tiles and substrates, which significantly improves the bonding strength. The slurry can be constructed in a long period of time, is delicate and uniform, is easy to construct, and has good slip resistance.

HPMC is widely used in construction materials, coatings, synthetic resins, ceramics, medicine, food, textiles, agriculture, cosmetics, tobacco and other industries. HPMC can be divided into construction grade, and medical grade according to its purpose. At present, most domestic products are of construction grade.
