HPMC (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose) and MHEC (Methyl Hydroxyethyl Cellulose) are both non-ionic, water-soluble cellulose ethers commonly used in construction, pharmaceuticals, food, and cosmetics. Chemical Difference
